Le processus a pris 1 jour. J'ai passé un entretien chez Forever 21 (Newark, CA) en mars 2011
Entretien
I applied to Forever, and maybe 1.5 weeks later, I received a call to set up an interview. I asked one of my friends who was working there at the time what I should wear. Don't wear business attire, go in with a fashionable, semi formal outfit. I would suggest a pencil skirt with a nice blouse. The interview was very laid back. I wanted for about 10 minutes for the manager to see me, and from there we walked to the front of the store and sat where the front displays were. She asked me typical interview questions:
Why I wanted to work there?
How would I convince customers to buy/add on to what they are purchasing?
What I would do if a rude customer approached me?... etc.
I was called back the next day and offered the job.
It was an in-person interview. It was very easy, and a standard retail interview. lasted around 10 minutes. The manager asked some scenario questions but overall, the questions were pretty straightforward.
It was a casual group interview. I sat down with a manager and another girl who was applying. They just asked a few standard questions about us and our experience.
Interviewer did not seem very experienced. He was rushing the interview and only asked general questions such as where do you see yourself in 10 years… for an entry level job.
