Entretien
I went to open interviews with my application and no one was there. I waited a bit and was interviewed. They asked the bog standard questions, questions about latest trends, and what I would wear during grand opening. The interviewers were not very pleasant and I felt very uncomfortable. At the end of the interview they said I would be called at the end of the week if I got the job. They also made it very clear not to call the store to ask. A week later I received a call saying I was hired and they would call in another week to schedule an orientation. At orientation is where all the negotiation and paperwork was filled out
It was an in-person interview. It was very easy, and a standard retail interview. lasted around 10 minutes. The manager asked some scenario questions but overall, the questions were pretty straightforward.
It was a casual group interview. I sat down with a manager and another girl who was applying. They just asked a few standard questions about us and our experience.
Interviewer did not seem very experienced. He was rushing the interview and only asked general questions such as where do you see yourself in 10 years… for an entry level job.
