Basic English and some Math test with coding. After they invite you to 1 to 1interview with a hiring manager , and check you if you are really suitablr for the job and keen on automotive industry. English and computer science skills become more important tham the interest areas. Also they are checking if you can work under pressure and reside in Kocaeli

The planned interview doesn't take a place on the scheduled day. It's hard to make a contact with HR team members and also doesn't reply to the emails. Worse HR process.

It was easy because I have had my intern with them also. And my university makes projects with the company so it was easy for me to get in. Also my friends work there and they sponsored me for the job.
