Started with the online portion applying for several job and taking the online assessments. Got a call a couple weeks later for a product engineering position asking if I met the qualifications on the job description. Waited 3 months and got an invitation for an interview for a validation position that was completely different from the call. - In Dearborn you get put in a room with about 10 other people and do a brief overview. Afterwards everyone is taken to a cube farm and brought to the interviewers. - the interview was 2 sets of 5 questions. The first set was specific to the job. The second was more work environment. - all questions were broad "tell me about a time". Some even overlapped to earlier questions. - the interviewers were awesome and new they were broad and kept the conversation moving in the direction they were looking for.

there was a 10 minute screeening call with recruiter, then a 30 minute python coding and job history interview with a single engineer, then a two hour coding and background interview with mostly coding questions and last five minutes for background and soft skills.
