The interview process was short but to the point, had a 30 minute interview with two mid-level managers. Was more behavioral, but include your technical experience into your answers. Make sure you ask insightful questions at the end and get to learn about how you would matriculate through the rotation.

I was contacted by an engineer going through the resumes on the SHPE website for SHPE 2017 in Kansas City. I was invited for the hospitality suite and set up for an interview in their booth. This interview was with two engineers, focused on behavioral and ethical questions. About a month later, I was set up for an onsite interview at the Ford Talent Center in Dearborn, MI. The onsite interview was a panel interview with 3 people and was behavioral in nature. Total of 9 questions were asked and focused on past experiences about projects.
