I completed the online application, then had a 15 minute introductory phone call, and finally had a zoom interview with two leaders. They asked about my background, my interest in Ford, and ended with a few behavioral questions.

They asked how I had used data analytics to solve a problem, what the outcomes were, and what I learned from the process.
Interview processes moved fast and scheduling was smooth. One of the interviewer missed my first interview but it was understandable in today’s world. The team scheduled a makeup one soon after.
