It was good. Very easy going and relaxing, the interviewee's made me feel at home. Whole process was easy and I knew what I was getting myself into. I wish I didn't have to leave this job, but I am moving and can no longer be in the area.

Selected from next up list which is standard process in the company at senior level. Its based on years performance and an assessment of leadership behaviours . 3 senior managers were in the panel supported by HR who typically do not ask questions . Its normally based on a standard interview pack..if you have been interviewed previously you sort of know the questions that are coming
