Applied online, spoke to recruiters at career fair, had an on campus interview. Spoke with a senior purchasing employee and a Ford College Graduate. They were both very nice and answered my questions very well.

It was a good process. I was recruited through campus placement. Have good knowledge about the role you're applying for and the work you've done in your coursetime at college. Interviewers were very professional yet allowed to have thinking space and to calm down before we proceed. All the best.
