2) Phone Interview with a manager "Advance Questions - Specific Experience, Accomplishment, & Detailed Job Description."
3) In Person Interview consisting of a 2:1 interview, Case Study & Group/Panel Interview.
4) An offer through email with details on salary, benefits, and steps needed to accept the job.
