The interview process will go in 3 stages. First you will receive a phone call from someone in the HR department asking preliminary questions to make sure you are a good possible candidate. From there depending on your location you will have a series of in person or skype interviews with managers. My interview consisted of two in person interviews. During the first in person interview, you will be given an assessment exam. The exam is must like that of a high school standardized assessment test covering the subjects of reading, writing, and math.
