30 minute interview with a panel of about 8 people, plus a writing sample. You have 15 minutes to complete the writing assignment and review the questions before meeting with the panel. The hiring manager told me that all positions require a hiring committee, so expect to see a handfull of people at your interview.

Situational question: A student walks arrives with a complaint about her grade and demands to see the dean. At the same time the phone rings: it is the college president calling. You have a meeting with the dean starting in two minutes. What do you do?

Entretien
The department actually rescheduled my interview multiple times. The interview consisted of 1 short 10 minute email exercise and a panel interview with 3 people. The Dean said he would get back to be within 1.5 weeks, but he never followed his promise. Extremely unprofessional . No response after follow up emails.
