They asked fairly basic questions, motivations, how I can fit in, about my previous work experience and discussed many things such as style shoes etc. The process lasted around 30 minutes.

Group Interview was quite awkward and took place on the shopfloor. 6 people were meant to be present but only 4 people including myself were present because the other two were late (no exception even if you’re a minute late😂). Done an icebreaker where we had to state a fun fact about ourselves. Then second task we were given a sheet of paper from the interviewer which given about 5 mins to write our answers to. Questions were 1. Who are our competitors? 2. What does good customer service look like 3. Name the apparel brands we sell, products etc 4. I don’t remember but one of the questions was on Glassdoor. 5. Scenario based question: a customer wants a hoodie that isn’t available in store and online in their size, what would you next tell the customer? Next task, we picked a piece of paper from the interviewer and we had to pick an outfit based on what the customer was looking for - was given about 5 mins and then we individually presented why we chose the items and then two other staff who are “experts in fashion” gave us feedback on the outfits chosen, and rated it out of 10.
