I applied and it took me roughly a week to hear from them. Once the interview was done, I got a call on the same day, I was asked to provide all my documents and started whiting 2 weeks

Interview was very easy. They ask you why you want to work for Foot Locker, they give you different scenarios and want you to answer them. Theres is no wrong answer, they just want to see how you think. Also they ask you questions related to your previous job and what skills you currently have.

It was 10-15 minutes. Went pretty easy. They asked about me random questions and then told me about the job. The interviewer was nice and told me not to worry and that it is just general things.
The interview was quick and easy. They asked basic sales-related questions and just wanted to make sure you would be pleasant and helpful. No in-depth shoe knowledge is necessary. Not for you if you want to be a laid back sales person.
