Very informal, would have liked it if the gentleman spoke in complete sentences. Granted I know it's retail but there still needs to be a level of professionalism. Things like this culture the way that the public views certain companies. And if during the interview process your manager and use complete sentences.....

It was 10-15 minutes. Went pretty easy. They asked about me random questions and then told me about the job. The interviewer was nice and told me not to worry and that it is just general things.
The interview was quick and easy. They asked basic sales-related questions and just wanted to make sure you would be pleasant and helpful. No in-depth shoe knowledge is necessary. Not for you if you want to be a laid back sales person.
