Walked down to the local food court and sat with an assistant store manager. Young guy but very determined manager. Asked a hand full of questions about basic customer service and selling techniques

You apply online. Then they call you on the phone ask a few questions then set up a in person interview. Question are easy and are different from each location.

Asked basic questions about my experience, where I see myself in 5 years, describe myself I. 3 words, the meaning of integrity and then they go for a second interview where it’s one on one and ask further questions.

I had one interview in one location. Then I was called by the assistant manager from another location. It was one phone interview and one in-person interview at their other location. Not too long later I was hired.
