Will have to apply online first and if you have adequate experience you will interview with the District Manager. They will ask you about your work experience and what have you done to lead and coach a team in a successful store.

I got a got from a Footlocker recruiter. Then met with a manager downtown Chicago. Received a very flattering email about the second interview. Then met with a third manager primarily concerning which location I would be working at. A week later I hadn't heard anything so I sent an email to the recruiter and called the manager from the third interview and never heard anything back from anyone.

Entretien
The interview process was smooth overall. I applied to a career fair posted on Monster. I met with the DM in the local mall to discuss opportunities. After that I met the team and shortly thereafter was presented with an offer.
