short and quick they ask you questions to see if you are straight foward and fit for the position to be social . You are able to get a hold of the hire managers that put you into interviews and check back with questions you may have about the job.
You apply online. Then they call you on the phone ask a few questions then set up a in person interview. Question are easy and are different from each location.

Asked basic questions about my experience, where I see myself in 5 years, describe myself I. 3 words, the meaning of integrity and then they go for a second interview where it’s one on one and ask further questions.

Entretien
I had one interview in one location. Then I was called by the assistant manager from another location. It was one phone interview and one in-person interview at their other location. Not too long later I was hired.
