Interviewed with the Regional Manager who I spoke with on the phone and then met him in person at one of the stores in his region. Interviews were focused on sales and in my case, people management and ability to eventually run my own store.

It was very casual, I had two interviews. One with the store manager and one with HR. They were both very relaxed yet still very professional. During the interview the manager kept bringing up another person that she interviewed, I suppose that this was to see if I was competitive or not, and since I am I refused to let that person, real or not, waver my eagerness to get this job.
