J'ai postulé via un recruteur. J'ai passé un entretien chez Fonoa (Woodridge VI, AZ) en avr. 2022
Entretien
Comprehensive and well structured. Interviews were held with cross sectional teams to obtain a different perspective on the candidate but also gave the candidate exposure to other departments and the ability to ask questions to non sales team members
J'ai postulé en ligne. J'ai passé un entretien chez Fonoa (Londres, Angleterre) en nov. 2025
Entretien
The most unprofessional interview process I’ve experienced. Twice, the interview was postponed at the very last minute without any prior warning from the Hiring manager. After the initial call, we agreed to schedule a follow-up meeting, which was arranged. All good up to that point.
Then, out of nowhere, I received an automated email from Fonoa stating that I wasn’t selected. I’ve never seen anything like it: scheduling a follow-up call and then sending a rejection email. I would avoid them, as this seems highly unprofessional.

J'ai postulé via un recruteur. Le processus a pris 6 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Fonoa (Chicago, IL) en juil. 2022

It was an overall great interview process that took about 45 days. The Fonoa recruitment team communicates well and is easy to work with, especially given the time zone differences.
In general, they do an excellent job of making it a fun, conversational interview which allows for a much more authentic conversation compared to traditional interviews I've been a part of. I feel they take the process pretty seriously internally, as it was important to Fonoa that I interviewed with several different members across the leadership team. This did slow down the process a bit to accommodate schedules but being able to pick the brains behind it all made it well worth it.
There were a couple of exercises (panel pitch, deal write-up) that did take a good amount of time to research and prepare for but nothing out of the ordinary. Don't try to wing this portion of the process, as it will be pretty obvious.
Lastly, my favorite part of the process and what differentiated Fonoa from others was getting legitimate and specific feedback, both positive and negative, from every interview which I don't find to be the typical case during interviews.
