Partners seemed really tired and overworked. So did the senior associates. One the senior associates confused me with someone else and was not prepared for my interview. They are very slow in getting back to you. Seems like they do mostly patent prosecution and will pigeon hole you into prosecution or litigation.

The interview process was friendly and conversational. It focused on behavioral questions and walked through different parts of my resume. I met with seven people. Each conversation had a relaxed tone and gave me a strong sense of the culture. I received my offer shortly after completing all of the interviews.

This was a great interview process! I genuinely enjoyed meeting associates at Foley & Lardner. I met with 4 attorneys one-on-one and they all made me feel welcome. It sounded like everyone at the firm supports one another and is passionate about what they do. I did not get an offer here unfortunately, but had a positive experience interviewing.
