With an A+ BBB rating, and a 4.8 star customer service score, we're providing a level of service to our customers that we're proud of. To ensure these scores stay high, we survey our customers regularly and make adjustments (as needed) to address issues quickly and ensure that every customer receives the highest levels of service from their Foley partnership. Because maintaining these scores is so important to us, we do put a lot of work into the hiring process - and have prospective hires meet with multiple individuals within the organization prior to making a job offer.
