I was called invited for a teams meeting with the manager but he did not even show up. Than a while later I did a physical interview with the manager and he started to say that my cv was not a very good one (despite the fact that they are the ones who contacted me) they told me they would get back to me but they did not. I tried to follow up twice but they did not bother to answer they just ghosted me. Very unprofessional.
