First I had a phone interview and I loved the questions, because for it being my first interview out of colleg for a real job and not something at the local mall....it was comfortable, easy to chat with both the interviewers. There was a 3rd guy in my interview but he didn't talk much. After the phone interview went well, they invited me out for a face to face interview, which also was a great experience.
