Simple enough. Video of yourself answering questions, followed by an interview in person/video call. The interview consisted of questions asking about my career history, knowledge in the field, about the company, aspirations, hobbies, and expectations.

I applied through a recruiter. After the 1st stage I was told I would be contacted with the next steps but never was despite following up several times. Unprofessional and Time-wasting
