I applied online, and after an initial phone interview, I was called for an on-site interview in SugarLand Houston. I was interviewwed by four people for 30 minutes each. They asked a mixture of technical and behavioural questions. Prepare your resume well, revise unit operations, pumps, mass and energy balances, and you'll be fine.

Entretien
2 gesprekken. Eerst met HR, daarna met management. Hierin krijg je de mogelijkheid om je goed neer te zetten. Daarna wordt er ook nog met een process engineer gesproken, waarin de meest basale kennis van het vak wordt getest. Bij beide positieve gesprekken mag je door naar management, en die beslist uiteindelijk of je een aanbod krijgt.
