Applied via zip recruiter. The interviewer was late so we dialed him in on the phone for the first 15 minutes. Then he had a hard stop 15 minutes later. Other than that, they were very forthright about what they needed. They seemed very impressed with my work and excited to check my references. I had an offer within 5 days. HR was responsive, communicative, and helpful. Hiring manager was honest and open about the position.

I applied on Zip recruiter, was contacted a week later. The interview was suppose to be on google hangout but they couldn't figure out how to use it. They spoke to me over the phone instead. I was contacted two weeks later for a follow up, which I declined. Overall they didn't seem very on top of things and the interview process wasn't very professional.
