It's 100% remote. Once you're shortlisted, they send you an email with some key values of the company, so you can evaluate if you'd really like to work with them, which is awesome. If you're keen on continuing the selection process, they send you all the guidelines to create a sample lesson so they can evaluate your skills. The CEO himself is the one who was hiring for this position. The whole process was very respectful and all information provided was crystal clear. I very much enjoyed the way they communicate. Moreover, this was a paid trial. I was reproved, but as soon as they sent me the reproval email, they paid me via PayPal.
