The first interview was a phone screening with some general questions about what was on my resume, as well as a couple behavioral questions. The second interview was scheduled later that same day for later in the week with a VP from the company through an online meeting format. The second interview consisted of more questions about the information on my resume, and more in depth behavioral questions, as well as diving into my career goals and interests. There was time at the end of the interview to ask the interviewer questions. The next day they contacted me with an offer.
