Was contacted a week after applying online for a phone interview. I spoke with an HR representative and thought the interview went very well. About a week later, I was sent a personality assessment and asked to rank 60 character traits in order from least to most important. A few days after the online assessment, I was notified I was no longer considered for the position.

The interview process was quite smooth and had a logical progression from phone interview with recruiter, to Teams meeting with the hiring manager, and then in-person with the hiring manager.

Entretien
I had an initial phone interview, which was really simple. They have called to verify some details about my application, then scheduled my next interview. This interview will be over the zoom, which I did not expect. I thought it will be in person. We will see how it goes.

Entretien
Smooth and inviting atmosphere. The process was low stress and not interrogatory, more like a casual conversation. First received an email pertaining to availability of an in-person interview. Once scheduled, just had to show up in proper attire.
