It really was a great process through and through. There were three stages: met with HR, met with the hiring manager, case study presentation with internal stakeholders. From the initial reach out, to the open line of communication, to meeting team members, I was excited throughout the interview process because everyone I met believes in Flowable and I felt seen for not just my skills but the person behind the skills which is hard to find.
