Heard about the opportunity through a student investment club. A week or two after applying I received an email to set up a video interview. The video interview was timed and featured basic fit/behavioral questions. The candidate has 30 seconds to think of an answer and two minutes to record a response to. The questions were easy but the format was a bit unnerving. Within a few days received a request to complete a Skype-proctored arithmetic test. Was given a link to practice. Put in some practice for a few days, worried that it'd be really difficult. The actual test was 10 minutes to answer 75 math problems. It started off super easy ie 72/8. This lulled me into a slower given the lack of difficulty. Section 2 was much harder, but not impossible though I hadn't given myself enough time. Section 3 had very difficult problems but multiple choice. I totally ran out of time to complete all of the questions, and received an email the next day saying I didn't meet the global standard. After the math test there was a logic (IQ) test, but I didn't get that far. The HR person was nice and professional throughout the process.

First was a mental maths test of roughly same level as Optiver 80 in 8. Then had a 1-1 interview with HR, did not pass as had not researched company well enough.
