I applied online and heard back from the recruiter quite fast. I interviewed with Flow Traders in July 2019.
There are several rounds of the interviews. The first one was the online mental math test. Then there was an online IQ test. Honestly I didn't quite like the IQ test. Then a short talk with the recruiter. The recruiter told me about the remuneration if the application was successful.
Afterwards, it was a technical interview with two team members. The team members asked me a few brainteasers. And some math questions.

Recruiter reach out, online assessments, two 1 hour technical rounds focusing on different things, then onsite. Helps to think academically instead of intuitively. It was a smooth process. Not much more to say
The process the quick; however, there are too many different topics to prepare. They do not give enough time for people to prepare before the interview, so be prepared before you apply.
J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 2 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Flow Traders (Amsterdam) en oct. 2025
Entretien
Easy online test, easy going HR interview, quite easy first technical interview, although I didn't perform well. Questions were about linear regression, from basic ones to more tricky ones(can we get a negative R^2 in linear regression?). then a quite easy brainteaser about game theory situation with 3 players that have to pick a number on a segment and then a uniform is drawn and the winner is the closes one to the realization.

Question 1
if two univariate linear regression have a R^2 of 0.1, what is the maximum possible R^2 of the bivariate regression?
