The interview process was quick and seamless, with consistent updates. A phone interview to align on the role and opportunity, a face to face interview with 2 primary stakeholders of the position, and a final stage follow up interview with the direct manager. Interview questions were behavioural based questions (tell me about a time that you have done X) that prompted discussion about my work experience, and I appreciated that the interviewers were then more conversational in exploring my examples.
