Their procedures and software was briefly discussed, future outlook was a concern and my past experience in the construction industry was also important. Some detail as to software capability was also discussed along with questions about management reporting and Financial Statement preparation and dealing with external accountants as accounts had to be prepared according to GAAP for bonding purposes.
