laid back, they want to know how serious you are about the job and they ask a lot about your personal goals. I had my interview done with the VP and he was pretty nice.

You are initially brought into a pre-interview meeting with other applicants. This meeting is an overview of the company and how to succeed. I would say that this company is perfect for a niche type of person, otherwise, the lack of work-life balance would not be worth it. Things seemed quite casual, but I did not appreciate the tone that they set during the interviewing process. I did not proceed with my interview, but that was because my personality would not fit with the company, and I knew that.
