I had a phone interview as the first stage of the process, then had a training session before my second interview with the Vice President. It was helpful and I had some family circumstances that caused me to change my second interview date several times, but FFA was very accommodating.

Easy and Very Communicative throughout the process. Overall they reached out alot to see if i had an questions and were very quick to respond. They seem like they really care about you there.

Simple. It is a lot like athletic recruiting. Will make it seem as if you are the chosen one but in reality.. you know. I like to think that they mean well, and everyone begins their journey somewhere so depending where you are along your journey of advising it may be a solid beginning point.

Easy interview process, will progress fast even if you have no experience. They will make it sound like you are the perfect candidate no matter what. Interview process took less than a week.
