I first applied for the position online. The next day, I received a call from their HR dept basically conducting a screening to see if I met the minimum requirements. After this, I was instructed to take a test online. The test was a simulator of what the actual job would be like, and it tested me to see if I was a good fit. I passed the test and was notified via email that I was selected to have a face to face interview. This interview was about a week later. There were two managers conducting the interview. One who was a trainer and the other which was the actual manager of the dept I would work in.
