I was contacted after an application through Glassdoor by a C-suite executive. The process consisted of separate interviews with 2 product directors, a VP, as well as the CTO. The interviews were a mix of behavioral and semi-technical questions. Every interviewer was very attentive and transparent.

How could you recover from an interrupted SSL connection when uploading logs in the field?
Nice, but too long and too many rounds. Had to talk to way too Many people, however the recruiter was very nice and very responsive. Wish they would revamp the interview process to be more efficient
The interview process at Flock was smooth and well organized. It began with a phone screening, followed by coding challenges and a technical interview. The interviewers were friendly, clearer and professional.

The company recruiter reached out. She then set up several interviews. Pretty standard. There's an initial interview and then group interviews. Questions spanned from technical questions and some situation questions.
