I recently interviewed with Flix, but unfortunately, the experience was quite disappointing. During the case study presentation, instead of fostering a constructive discussion, they seemed intent on finding flaws rather than understanding the approach. This mindset made the process unnecessarily challenging, which is unfortunate, especially in an already stressful interview setting.
