I was given the opportunity to review through a recruitment agency. The entire process took a day. I had to undertake a computerized test to show my writing skills. The one good thing about this is that the HR person in charge of leading people through the hiring process was really good. She gave me some good pointers on how to go through the process. (This was when I was fresh out of college and had just begun interviewing. Her name was Caroline if I remember correctly.) The computerized test went on well enough for me to go to the next round, which was a face to face interview. The interview itself was slightly underwhelming.

I do not think they found me a good enough fit because one of the questions they asked was, "do you fall sick often and what problems do you experience when you are sick?"
If you are from content background it will be as relevant as the role. Mostly an assignment will help assess your level of experience.

I had a great interview experience with the team. They made everything clear during the interview about the job profile and job role. It was a three round of interview which took a week before the selection process.

There were 6-7 rounds including an assignment.
Started with an exploratory round and ended with a VP round. Even though the position needed to be filled immediately, there were week-long gaps between each round so be patient.
