The recruiting process determines the company to a large extent. Talking about Flink recruiting process I could say it was very quick, flexible, in a super friendly environment, and candidate-oriented. I received an email from a recruiter with a proposal to continue the process on the second day after I applied for the position. The time between the process stages did not take more than 3 days, and the whole process took around 2 weeks in total. Furthermore, I always had feedback after each stage on the same day or the next one. Worth to note that I had 1 hour to prepare for my study case before the interview. This is a very useful option if we take into account the fact that interviews are always stressful for candidates. In conclusion, I'd like to thank Kate and Samuel for organizing the recruiting process, sharing detailed information about the company, and answering my questions. After the last final meeting in person, I had no doubt that I want to be a part of the Flink team.
