I just did a spark interview and it was pretty easy five questions, and they were pretty straightforward. Why do you want to be a flight attendant? Can you work holidays and describe a stressful confrontation at work?

Very straightforward. Similar to the rest in as far as application, one way video interview, live interview. The process to submit documentation is easy to navigate. Interviewer was very informed, professional, and kind.

The on demand interview was pretty industry standard. There was unlimited “think time”, where they show you the question and you have time to think about it. And some questions had more retake opportunities than others.
