Applied online. Got a call 2-3 weeks later to book a phone interview. It was very basic, just about previous jobs and previous sales experience. It was also here when i was told about the salary. I was proceeded to the next level of recruitment and they asked me to come into HQ for a panel interview. Before that though I had to Complete an online test which they say should only take 1 hour but it was more like 2 hours. First half is just on personality and work styles. Second half is timed and requires quick thinking and a calculator.
Definitely didn't answer all questions. It was just me and two other applicants. We had to watch a short video on the company and had to do a test which I think we had 45 mins to 1 hour to complete. Calculator was provided. The first half just asked the following: where is the louvre museum, what are the major airlines of these countries (France, Australia, America, Germany, Thailand, China, New Zealand, Fiji, UK, Dubai, shanghai etc.) capital cities, what is the main airport in England. Show on map where France, Italy and England are. What country is queenstown in. Where is Taj Mahal. The second half of test is worded math questions. After completed the recruiter came back in but with another person. They asked each of us 5 questions each. We all got similar questions just worded differently. You had to give SPECIFIC examples and would keep asking questions until you did. It was very hard. It was based on when and how you implemented procedures, how did you reach a target or complete a project that looked unachievable, how did you close a tough sale and used influencing etc. after that the recruiter went through the pay structure and tool questions. It took about 3 hours all up. I did get a call a week later to re do the timed section of the internet assessment. I was then told I have the job and can start in a week very local.
