I originally applied for Customer Solutions Associate position however, the lady who phone screened me e-mailed me a few days later recommending that I should apply for Supply Chains Operations Specialist. I was like "sure". That being said, I received another phone screen for the new job title talking about pretty much the same thing over and over again. They tend to confuse time zones since I received the second call an hour early. After passing the phone screen, I was scheduled with a virtual interview with 2 senior managers and a senior associate. The questions were industry standard not to mention a bit cliche. Each interviewer asked me at least 5 questions so get ready to BS and find at least one example from your experience. Because the whole thing is 3 hours long, you might end up talking about the same thing over and over. It was exhausting. And the assessment was quite difficult, not very straightforward with lots of confusing structure. They encourage you to ask questions. You are allowed to use your calculator
