I was contacted for a phone screening and had set up time with the "Recruiting Business Partner" but was stood up at the appointed time. No phone call, no email, no explanation. 20 days later, she emails saying, "The role was temporarily on hold but we are able to resume interviews at this time." What a joke.
How do HR professionals drop the ball with no explanation and expect job seekers to be on hold in the interim? This seems to be a recurring problem for Flexport, and at this point in time... growing pains for a start up company should no longer be a valid excuse. Get your act together.
In this market with unemployment at an all time low, you will lose out on talent who have no time to deal with your lack of courtesy, unprofessionalism, and general lack of organization.
