I initially applied to Data Ops in late Feb and after going through the phone screen and all the onsite interviews (4 rounds of interviews in total), I was told that I should interview for a different role (Global Ops).
Then for Global Ops, I went back for an onsite interview (2 rounds), and was invited back to speak with Director. Things popped up, so the Director wasn't able to speak and I was told to speak with 2 other people instead. Then I was told that it wasn't enough to just speak with them, and I still had to speak with the Director.
So, after talking to 9 people at the company through various interviews, I was told in early June that the role has been closed for the quarter.
I guess if you're really interested, either push through the process really fast or hope you don't get stuck in that administrative/logistics black hole (oh the irony....)

I had to go through a 'panel' interview and instead of speaking to two or three people at once, I had to have a video call with 4 different people over 5 sessions. If you are working full time, especially if it's full time in the office, this is absolutely ludicrous to demand this much time off from people to go to these interviews.

The interview went very well. It was a positive and remarkably straightforward discussion, creating a wonderfully friendly environment. I appreciated the clear questions and the honest, direct feedback provided throughout the entire engaging conversation.

It was great! Everyone was very nice and friendly. Everyone I talked to was helpful and they answered any questions I had. Although I did not get the job they were still very clear and forthcoming about it.
