A recruiter synced up with me, telling me that I was a fit for the role and that my information was being passed to the hiring manager was going to interview me. I received an email from the hiring manager a week or so later telling me that I wasn't a fit for the role. Weird. I never even spoke with the recruiter. They have a weird and inefficient screening process.
