The interview process was pretty straight forward. The recruiter was very nice and supportive in phone screening and scheduling. I started with the phone screening, made it to the second round of interview with the hiring manager.

Entretien
I had 2 phone interviews, one each with the recruiter and the hiring manager. After that it was complete radio silence and I never heard back from the recruiter in over 2 months to say that I wasn’t selected. I even followed up with the recruiter by email and did not receive a reply. Very unprofessional for them not to reply out of courtesy to at least inform me I was not selected. Also, during the phone interview with the hiring manager, he indicated that they are only hiring younger professionals and openly bragged about the average young age of their staff company wide. I consider this borderline age discrimination against middle age and older professionals. Clearly they are not aware of what can and can not be said or asked during an interview from a legal perspective. It just shows the inexperience of this younger company and their young, inexperienced staff. Are they even interested in the candidates experience or only their age? Very disappointed with this entire interview process and would not want to work for this company.
