Received an email for phone interview shortly after applying online. About a week later I was contacted to come in for an interview The interview was initially with 3 interviewers (Direct manager, Hiring manager, and the person currently in position), the day before the interview 2 more interviewers were added (Chief Pilot and Records Specialist). The interview lasted about 45min to and hour. Was asked expected questions such as strengths & weaknesses, pay requirements, current employment, short term goals, and skill set possessed for the position.
