Written test with Analytical and reasoning.Mainly required good English speaking skills. 2 technical rounds and 1 HR round. Flextronics mainly checks for good communication and also you analytical skills if opted for engineering department. if you are from engineering background and got selected confirm at the initial stage itself about which department you are going to join as there may be situations of moving engineering guys to procurement.
Have to clear a Exam round, then interview Assitant Manager, then final interview round with Manager. The process fir smooth no issue at all. I received confirmation for HR team within 2 weeks and orientation and onboarding happened within next 3 weeks

Entretien
The interview was good and you need great communication skills and industry knowledge. You also need to be well prepared about the company and what it offers to the customer.
I attended online, it was during the pandemic time. I received an invite from HR where they explained the interview process followed by a online aptitude test and managerial interview through zoom. once manager round is completed there will be one more call with HR where the salary negotiations will happen.
